• Proof of Identification is required when checking in; only a current Australian Drivers License or valid Passport will be accepted.
• We ask our guests to please respect the home and respect it appropriately Room is to be kept CLEAN & TIDY at all times.
• For security reasons, Only Registered Guests are allowed to enter the private Residence.
• Under no circumstances is Smoking permitted inside the residence.
• Unfortunately, no pets are permitted.
• STRICTLY NO COOKING ALLOWED.
• Noise after 9:30pm is to be kept to a minimum in consideration of other guests.
• NO HOT FOOD to be consume in the room ( Please use Meals Area)
• No illegal activities are permitted on these premises.
• Your Suite and contents: Damage, Breakage, and theft ..... these are the guest's responsibility.
• We reserve the right to charge for any additional cleaning or damage to the property that may occur during your stay.
• When you vacate your suite, it should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
• Stealing any items from Santa Maria Executive Suites is considered a criminal act and charges will be laid accordingly.
• Sophisticated Smoke & Fire Alarms are installed in all Guests rooms, if a guest sets off the alarms due to smoking in their room will be asked to leave the residence Immediately as this is a Health and Safety matter for all our guests.
• In view of all of these policies we strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to cover unforeseeable events which may lead to a cancellation and liability for loss or damages that may occur.
• Guests who do not follow the above house rules will be asked to leave immediately, and will incur a fee for full accommodation.
• We appreciate that you will understand that these conditions are for the betterment and enjoyment of all.  We endeavor to provide a comfortable stay for all our guests.
