Santa Maria Suite 1 or 2 Persons
The Santa Maria Suite provides an elegant level of comfort for the hearty guest requiring that little bit extra in terms of sophistication and class. The room features a lovely queen size bed, two seater couch, an LCD 37” HDTV plus DVD player and personal telephone with message service. This room has its own luxurious private bathroom with double vanity, corner spa and separate w/c.
Endeavour Suite 1 or 2 Persons
The Endeavour Suite welcomes with comfort, reliability and a sense of pure home. The room incorporates a queen size bed, LCD 40” HDTV , DVD Player, personal telephone with message service, and a large shared semi-ensuite bathroom with spa bath, and separate w/c. Bathroom is Lockable for Privacy.

Leeuwin Suite 1 or 2 Persons
The Leeuwin Suite brings a sense of comfort to the feet of the weary traveller, effortlessly combining elegance with reassurance in a way only understood by us. The room features a queen size bed, LCD 40” HDTV , DVD player, personal telephone with message service, and a large shared semi-ensuite bathroom with spa bath and separate w/c. Bathroom is Lockable for Privacy.

The Family Room & Alfresco Area
In essence, the guesthouse welcomes all of its guests to the Family Room and its facilities including; a gas fire, an impressive 58" plasma "3D" HDTV, a DVD library boasting classics and new releases alike, along with a complimentary night cap for those cold Perth nights. Alternatively, guests can enjoy the delightful Alfresco area.
Unfortunately NO cooking facilities are available, however guests have access to microwave cooking if needed and toaster, also coffee and tea always available to our guests. Strictly NO smoking is permitted inside the residence. It is with regret that we advise our inability to cater for children and the physically challenged - the guesthouse does not provide for alternative means of access to the home.
Please also note that the Residence is home to two wonderful white West Highland Scottish Terrier (Caley & Logan) who absolutely adores people and a welcome pat.
